We're seeking a full-time Office & Finance Administrator to coordinate our Christchurch office and support financial administration across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

Office & Team Coordination

• Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth, welcoming workplace

• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, marketing activities, team events and onboarding

• Assist with HR administration, recruitment, training coordination and staff communications

Finance Administration

• Prepare and process monthly invoicing and assist with accounts payable/receivable

• Support project managers with cost tracking, forecasting and financial reporting

• Maintain accurate financial records and help prepare monthly and quarterly reporting

• Assist the Finance Manager with the national accounts' reconciliation, analysis and reporting.

What You'll Bring


• Previous office administration or office management experience

• 2–3+ years' experience in finance administration or accounts support

•Strong Microsoft Office skills, along with Xero experience and a sound understanding of finance, are essential for this role.

• Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable manner

• Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach and high attention to detail

• Ability to work proactively, manage priorities and support others in a busy team environment

• A willingness to learn and adapt as the business grows

Bonus Points For


• Experience with platforms such as SharePoint or Viewpoint

• Confidence using or supporting basic IT systems

• Knowledge of the construction, consulting or professional services industry
