About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with numbers, systems, and processes. You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time
Reconcile bank statements and financial records
Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting
Maintain financial databases and filing systems
Support payroll processing and expense claims
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

About You:
Previous experience in a finance or accounting support role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software would be advantageous (e.g., Xero, MYOB, SAP)
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
