Our client is a Family Office that manages a group of investments and trading entities, while also supporting the family with governance matters, trust & corporate services, philanthropy and other community beneficial activities.
The Finance Administrator is a broadly based accounting, reporting and administration support role, where you will look after the day to day accounting for a range of entities including both companies and trusts. The key responsibilities will include the accounts processing, account & general ledger reconciliations, payroll functions, tax compliance including GST & PAYE returns and the preparation of month end financial reporting.
In this role you will be privy to some pretty important information, so you will need to maintain confidentiality at all times, possess tact & diplomacy and thrive in situations where you need to juggle multiple tasks. The other key attributes we are seeking is a positive & proactive approach, good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
In return you will be joining a successful and highly regarded Family Office in a role where you will gain exposure to many different areas, keeping it interesting and creating new opportunities for you to learn and develop. There is also the opportunity to take on other projects and scope to work with the team to further develop the office based systems and procedures.
