We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Coordinator to provide high-quality executive support to the Deputy Chief Executive (DCE) Enterprise Services at NZ Customs.

This role requires a high degree of independence, discretion, and trust. As a Senior Executive Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing important documents, and liaising with key stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to take responsibility for a small range of internal projects.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be technology savvy and comfortable working with a diverse stakeholder group.

**Requirements:**
