About the Role

The Senior Administrative Coordinator will provide high-quality administrative support to the Deputy Chief Executive Enterprise Services. This includes managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing important documents, and liaising with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be technology savvy, and possess a high degree of independence, discretion, and trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the DCE Enterprise Services

  • Take responsibility for small projects and initiatives
