About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at the Ministry for Business Innovation and Employment. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, a proactive approach to work, and a passion for supporting senior executives. Key responsibilities include providing high-level support to the General Manager, Economic Development and Tourism, managing a busy diary, and coordinating meetings and events.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing executive support to the General Manager and senior executives
- Managing a complex diary and coordinating meetings and events
- Preparing reports and documents for senior executives
- Coordinating travel arrangements and managing expense reports
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members
