**This Role**
This role will see you responsible for the development and growth of new business across regions.
You will own and create opportunities for growth, cross-functional sales and relationships.
Manage key business and customer relationships, and negotiation of potential business opportunities.
Consult and collaborate with Aon Specialists and Underwriters to provide tailored solutions to client and prospects needs.
Through service, pricing, consultation and reporting, promote the value Aon delivers to clients and prospects.
**Key Strengths**
Strong ability to engage, prospect and negotiate with Senior Level partners and build strategic relationships.
Experience in insurance or financial sales is ideal, with a strong commercial background.
Use of a proven sales process and CRM system to develop and execute revenue outcomes.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills along with a strong level of confidence in your presentation skills.
The ability to travel as required and hold a current Full New Zealand Drivers licence.
