We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team, someone who can maintain and grow our existing customer base while identifying new opportunities for growth.
About the Role
As an Account Manager at CARTERS, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through exceptional customer service and sales. You will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers, including stock availability, delivery times, and pricing. You will also drive the sales process through Frame and Truss Manufacturing from estimates to production.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through exceptional customer service and sales* Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers* Drive the sales process through Frame and Truss Manufacturing from estimates to production* Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure complete solutions and packages for customers* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Requirements
* Proven track record in sales and relationship management* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs* Strong commercial adaptability and agility* Solutions-focused approach to problem-solving* Building or trade industry knowledge is advantageous* Solid planning and organizational skills
