About This Role

This exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Territory Sales Specialist to join Xero's team and contribute to growing our commercial relationship with accountants and bookkeepers in a defined territory or market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology or SaaS industry, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand Xero's presence in the defined territory.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key partners, including accountants and bookkeepers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales goals.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on sales performance and territory developments.
