We're currently seeking experienced sales professionals to join our Sales team in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. As a key member of our Go-To-Market function, you'll play a critical role in building trusted relationships with our partners - including accountants, bookkeepers, third-party app developers, banks, and financial service providers.

Our network of accounting and bookkeeping partners is instrumental in introducing Xero to more small businesses and helping them develop and execute a digital strategy.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience working with large and mid-tier accounting clients or partners
  • Proven sales performance with initiative and autonomy
  • Able to build deep relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
