We're seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in providing administrative support to the insurance team, including handling documentation, correspondence, and client records.
This role offers the opportunity to develop into a fully qualified Insurance Adviser through comprehensive training and support.
- Provide administrative support to the insurance team
- Process new insurance applications, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with clients to obtain required information and respond to general queries
- Liaise with insurers to ensure timely and accurate policy processing
- Maintain and update client records and databases
- Assist with the preparation of reports and compliance documentation
- Support the advisory team as required
- Comprehensive in-house on-the-job training in general insurance operations
