Cash Converters is a dynamic and fast-paced company seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant and Office Administrator to support our CEO and Operations Manager.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive individual who can thrive in a busy environment. As a PA & Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, negotiating contracts, and organizing events.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's Outlook calendar and schedule meetings
- Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and meeting rooms
- Negotiate supplier contracts to secure the best deals
- Organize meetings and ensure attendees receive necessary information
- Prepare weekly store KPI reports in Excel
- Handle office management tasks, including supply coordination and contractor liaison
- Assist HR with organizing fun events and in-office activities
- Manage the general enquiries inbox and respond to queries professionally
Requirements
- Confidence when engaging with people at all levels
- Initiative to problem-solve and find solutions
- Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas and graphs
- Strong written communication skills, with attention to grammar and professionalism
- Tech-savviness, with familiarity of Outlook, Microsoft tools, and other software
