Cash Converters is a dynamic and fast-paced company seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant and Office Administrator to support our CEO and Operations Manager.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive individual who can thrive in a busy environment. As a PA & Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, negotiating contracts, and organizing events.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Manage the CEO's Outlook calendar and schedule meetings
  2. Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and meeting rooms
  3. Negotiate supplier contracts to secure the best deals
  4. Organize meetings and ensure attendees receive necessary information
  5. Prepare weekly store KPI reports in Excel
  6. Handle office management tasks, including supply coordination and contractor liaison
  7. Assist HR with organizing fun events and in-office activities
  8. Manage the general enquiries inbox and respond to queries professionally

Requirements

  • Confidence when engaging with people at all levels
  • Initiative to problem-solve and find solutions
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas and graphs
  • Strong written communication skills, with attention to grammar and professionalism
  • Tech-savviness, with familiarity of Outlook, Microsoft tools, and other software
