About Our Team

We are a dynamic and culturally diverse team committed to improving the mental health and wellbeing of infants, children, and youth in Aotearoa. As a key member of our workforce development team, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and reporting on workforce development activities that enhance the capability of the infant, child, youth, and whānau mental health workforce.

The successful candidate will have experience in project management, clinical services, and working with diverse communities. You will demonstrate strong leadership skills, cultural competence, and the ability to travel nationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, deliver, and report on key tasks related to the Whāraurau workforce development programme.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure workforce development activities are evidence-based and meet the needs of the infant, child, youth, and whānau mental health sector.
  • Promote and implement trauma-informed approaches and practices across services that support infants, children, youth, and their whānau.
