Workforce Delivery Role

We are seeking an experienced clinician to lead and facilitate our mental health and addictions programs for the infant, child, and youth workforce. This role will involve planning, providing resources, delivering, and reporting on workforce development activities.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically lead and manage designated projects to ensure successful implementation of workforce development activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop evidence-based workforce development activities that meet the needs of the infant, child, youth, and whanau mental health sector in Aotearoa.
  • Promote and implement trauma-informed approaches and practices across services supporting infants, children, youth, and their whanau.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the success of workforce development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Hold a clinical qualification with a relevant tertiary degree in mental health, health, or education.
  • Have 5 years minimum workplace experience in clinical services or as a project manager in clinical or NGO services.
  • Be skilled in project management, stakeholder engagement, and budget management.
  • Be willing to travel nationally with potential for weekly travel when required.
