Key Responsibilities

The Youth Practitioner will work collaboratively with the Youth Justice team to deliver an alcohol and other drug program that focuses on education and therapeutic interventions for young people. The role involves supporting the delivery of a drug and alcohol education program through individual and co-facilitated group modalities, as well as providing aftercare support to young people.

This role requires a relevant tertiary qualification, such as in Alcohol and Drug counseling, Social Work, or Youth Work, and up to 1 year of experience working within a social service, youth justice, addictions, or mental health care setting.
