Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide therapeutic interventions to support young people in building confidence, resilience, and wellbeing.

This involves working with a range of treatment modalities and drawing on experience in mental health settings. The successful candidate will be able to work well with other services and community organisations.

The Real Talk programme runs over 10 weeks, offering early interventions for vulnerable young people struggling with anxiety and depression. One-on-one support is also provided as part of the service delivery.

We are seeking a Registered Health Professional with experience in the Youth sector to join our team. You will be reporting to a Team Coach and co-facilitating the Real Talk Group Programme.
