Strategic Sales Growth Manager

The Strategic Sales Growth Manager role is a full-time, customer-facing sales position that reports directly to the Commercial Director NZ. This position plays a crucial part in driving the growth of Straumann New Zealand by identifying prospective opportunities and building a pipeline of new accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for Straumann New Zealand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Implant Solutions Specialists and Commercial Directors.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new accounts and expand existing relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Product Management, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- A minimum of 4 days per week spent working directly with customers, either individually or supporting Implant Solutions Specialists.
- Accountability for pre-defined and allocated Key Accounts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on business development and account growth.
