Office Manager Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our dynamic team at Superstaff Ltd. This role offers a unique blend of professionalism and fun, with a focus on import and accounts experience.

As Office Manager, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in a thriving company. You'll work collaboratively with a team of strong personalities, balancing hard work with good humor. This is a chance to take the reins and make a real impact, leading your team to success.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in import operations, proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office, and general accounts experience. You'll also need strong organizational and multitasking skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Provide administrative support to the team

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in import operations

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

•⁠ ⁠General accounts experience

•⁠ ⁠Strong organizational and multitasking skills

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary range of NZD75,000.00 to NZD80,000.00. You must be able to provide relevant recent references and pass drug and criminal conviction checks. The role is open to candidates who are currently in New Zealand and have the right to work. We do not offer sponsorship or visa assistance.
