Office Administrator

Seeking for a full-time (35-40 hours per week) office administrator for a Flooring Solutions Company, based in East Tamaki, Auckland.
Description:
Create quotes, invoices and follow up the payments.
Daily bank reconciliation.
Data Entry.
Monthly reconciling GST returns.
Monitor vehicle maintenance sheets and update records.
Monitor machineries maintenance records and arrange bookings with suppliers for maintenance check up.
Managing the health and safety requirements (including inhouse, employee and job sites).
Monitor consumables, materials stock levels and report to the manager for new orders.
Maintaining meticulous customer contact records.
All other general admin roles.
**Requirements**:
At least 2 years of administrative experience is necessary.
Must have a sound computer literacy.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (including Word and Excel).
Must be able to communicate in verbal and written English.
Must demonstrate a personable and pleasant manner especially when dealing with customers.
Demonstrate ability, willingness and commitment to be multi skilled and up skilled.
Clean and presentable appearance.
Ability to work both with directions and independently.
If required occasionally, must be flexible to work on weekends.
Punctual, dependable, friendly and have good work ethics. A team player who is alert and respectful and is keen to advance.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $26.69 - $29.66 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
