Job Summary:
Xero is seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience as they transition through our Partner Program.

Responsibilities:
- Directly engage with potential partners via email, phone, webinars, and events to effectively communicate the value proposition of Xero's solutions
- Qualify partner leads, growing and developing relationships with Accounting and Bookkeeping channels
- Provide timely responses to day-to-day issues, handling client queries via phone or email
- Analyze opportunities, identifying areas for growth and improvement
- Develop strong rapport with potential partners, influencing their decision-making processes
- Maintain momentum, acting as the central point of contact and relationship owner for assigned partners

Requirements:
- Proven telesales experience with a track record of success
- Ability to undertake outbound calls consistently and within a timely manner
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with multiple stakeholders
- Attention to detail, with excellent follow-up skills
- Process-driven, with a willingness to take ownership and drive results
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills

- Proven ability to drive education and sales campaigns, initiatives, and attendance at events
- Ability to build established relationships with Xero partners
