Strategic Business Development Leader

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Excellence Manager to join our Engineeringuk team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and managing sales opportunities across our defined product suite.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills. You will be expected to develop executive-level relationships with customers, understand their business drivers, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively network with existing customers to sell additional products
- Identify new prospects and grow our customer base through targeted calls
- Manage potential opportunities through account and opportunity management
- Develop a solid pipeline of leads and manage sales activity
Requirements:
- Degree level education or equivalent experience in a new business sales environment
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
