Strategic Business Development Executive

We're looking for a talented professional to join our team at Aon Hewitt in Asia Pacific. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside a diverse and close-knit team, leveraging your expertise in client relationship management and insurance knowledge to drive business growth and success.
About the TeamAon Inpoint plays a key role in crafting the future of the insurance industry. We help our clients navigate the constantly evolving market environment to drive profitable and sustainable growth and business results.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop deep and sustainable relationships with C-Suite client executives and other critical team members.
- Engage with clients to identify their strategic needs and priorities and develop potential solutions.
- Manage delivery of agreed services in line with associated metrics and scorecards.
- Build and develop existing client relationships as well as proactively develop new relationships and business development opportunities.
- Quickly and efficiently use an extensive global network of Aon colleagues, standard methodologies, and assets to generate compelling insights, analytics, and strategic solutions.
- Lead, coach, and support client delivery teams.
- Build impactful teams, encourage a culture of development, and learning to nurture talent.
- Contribute to the growth of Aon Hewitt's brand development thought leadership, whitepapers, conferences, and presentations.
- Candidates should have a graduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant area.
- Experience working in (re)insurance, broking, or the financial services industry.
- A strong understanding of the insurance industry (both local & global).
- A proven track record in large global / complex client management and relationship building.
- Experienced in handling sophisticated collaborated networks across multiple time zones and geographies.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced at identifying growth opportunities and tailoring solutions to support.
- Able to articulate the strategic view with detailed arguments and action plans.
- Able to act with conviction and be a people-influencer with both C-suite leaders and operational teams.
- Demonstrates personal qualities of planning, resolving problems, collaboration, and dedication to personal development.
