As a Solution Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing opportunities, while ensuring the renewal of existing customers. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and virtual account team to develop and execute programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth. Additionally, you will educate target accounts about SAP's solution set, conduct strategic account planning, and engage in efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess several years of experience selling business software/solutions, a proven track record of success in selling to CHRO and IT leaders, preferably within the Industry/Enterprise segment, and a history of consistently achieving targets and exceeding expectations. You must also possess essential skills such as internal and external customer satisfaction, territory planning, knowledge of SAP's solution portfolio, and the ability to produce high-quality internal and external artefacts. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of complex accounts and the ability to operate strategically and tactically. They will also possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to collaborate with the virtual account team on strategy and execution of account plans and opportunities.
