In this lead analyst role, you'll work closely with senior leaders and the Strategic Insights Team to provide actionable insights that drive change and influence strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in the Vocational Education Sector
  • Proven expertise in business analysis and data analysis, with experience using data-driven methods to support strategic decision making
  • An analytical based degree with a focus on critical thinking and knowledge of research methodologies

You'll be competent working with:

  • Microsoft data visualisation & analysis tools (Power BI, Excel, SSMS)
  • SQL programming languages
  • Predictive modelling and machine learning approaches

  • Able to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with business intelligence tools and technologies
