About the role
We are seeking a Data and Reporting Analyst to join our small friendly team. The purpose of this role is to design, implement, and manage data pipelines, create insightful end-user reporting, and build effective data models to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
About you
We are seeking someone with the following skills and experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, project reporting, and data modelling.
- Proven experience with Power BI or similar tools for reporting and dashboards.
- Strong skills in building data pipelines and integrating datasets.
- Experience with AI tools to automate data workflows.
- Ability to build relationships to understand business needs.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to tailor information presentation to different audiences.
