About the role

The Senior Service Analyst will utilise appropriate resources to build and maintain tools to measure Vendor Service Performance in line with agreed deliverables in supplier contracts, looking to identify issues and root causes of data quality problems.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Analyse and provide recommendations for increased Vendor service performance
- Evaluate and provide financial modelling of Vendor bids to validate savings or other proposed benefits
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing performance measures
- Provide accurate information on supplier spend/trends with insights
- Produce Performance-based reporting
