About the Opportunity

We are seeking an HR Advisor to join our team as part of our HR Business Partnering group. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR Business Partners to implement organisational change initiatives, and contribute to the development of our organisational culture and engagement.

You will provide expert advice on people-related matters, including employment relations, talent management, and organisational development. You will also support the development of engaged and high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and training.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with colleagues and people leaders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support the development of engaged and high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and training.
  • Work collaboratively with our HR Business Partners to implement organisational change initiatives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a large and complex organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices in HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to think critically and use initiative to drive business outcomes.
