This role plays a critical part in supporting our Manufacturing and Operations teams in all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the HR Manager NZ, you will be instrumental in providing expert advice and support to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Coordinating all talent acquisition activities for our operations teams
  2. Providing employment and industrial relations advice to leaders
  3. Managing key HR processes such as remuneration reviews, performance, and engagement
  4. Supporting site initiatives through training, development, and Health and Safety
  5. Maintaining and managing the union relationship and execution of the Collective Agreement
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

You will ideally have:

  1. 2-3 years' experience in a people-related role or discipline
  2. Experience in managing the recruitment process across a diverse range of roles
  3. Experience in a manufacturing environment
  4. Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  5. The ability to pick up new systems quickly
  6. Excellent attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
  7. Working knowledge of employment legislation, HR, and Payroll processes and administration
