Customer Relations Expert Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relations Expert to join our team in Greenlane, Auckland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving growth across multiple brands and categories.

About the Role

This is a permanent role that offers opportunities for career progression and professional development. You will work closely with our National Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and develop strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver top line sales budget for your customer portfolio
  • Develop and nurture key relationships with internal and external customers
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of product ranges to ensure ranging is in line with customer and business requirements
  • Prepare and manage Go to Market presentations, price lists and order placement
  • Co-manage planning and forecasting of stock with NSM
  • Manage clearance lines to achieve stock targets
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for brands and the world of wholesale/retail
  • Experience in a busy sales administration role, where you are responsible for coordinating activities and liaising with multiple stakeholders
  • Sound knowledge of Excel and an ability to pick up new systems quickly
