**Job Overview:** FNZ Group is a global leader in wealth management, providing a platform for financial institutions to deliver high-quality services to their customers. We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our Workplace IT team across the Asia Pacific region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage the Workplace IT team across the Asia Pacific region, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality support and adherence to best practices in IT service management.
  • Drive regional IT transformation, process optimization, and strategic initiatives.
  • Administer Azure and on-prem Active Directory, including user and group management, group policy enforcement, and identity management.
  • Oversee Microsoft email systems and ensure smooth operation of corporate office applications, including Office 365, printers, desktops/laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Manage and maintain the telephony infrastructure, including Microsoft Teams Calling and Cloud9/IPC for the Securities business.
  • Conduct basic network troubleshooting and escalate complex issues as needed.

**Requirements:**

We are looking for a strong leader with experience in similar managerial roles within IT workplace services. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Microsoft Desktop & Server products and general infrastructure management. Proficiency in identity management and project management is also essential. A good grasp of IP network fundamentals and troubleshooting is required.
