Regional Business Development Director

We are looking for an experienced professional to fill the position of Business Development Manager within our Vero Central Region team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving regional growth and profitability by managing new and existing intermediary relationships.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of intermediary relationships to drive revenue growth and retention.
- Implementing region-specific sales strategies to meet business objectives and deliver customer value.
- Providing expert advice on Vero Insurance products and services to intermediaries and other stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of customer-centric solutions.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years Commercial General Insurance experience
- A strong sales and solutions-focused approach
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Great time management and forward planning approach and ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Professional insurance exams (ANZIIF)
