About This Role

We're seeking an experienced Sales and Relationship Director to join our team in the Lower North Island region. As our Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a sales and growth strategy that drives results for our company.

Main areas of responsibility will include:

  • Managing key accounts and fostering strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and providing top-tier intel to the team.
  • Collaborating with our Specification team to drive PCC's overall sales strategy.
  • Ensuring regional KPIs are met, including sales volumes, margins, pricing, and customer satisfaction.

Your Background

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven sales experience in manufacturing, construction, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • The ability to travel 1-3 nights per week away from home.
  • Business-savvy with sharp financial and commercial acumen.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to ask the right questions, listen, and provide innovative solutions.
