Job Description
As a Banking Consultant in our Personal Banking Branch Network, you will be responsible for providing customers with a seamless banking experience. This includes meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on financial solutions available, including digital. You will deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are satisfied and become strong advocates for Anz. Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will ideally possess exceptional customer focus, retail experience being an advantage. You should also have experience in being a user and promoter of technology, with working knowledge in using different digital channels being an advantage. Adaptability to change and ambiguity is crucial, as well as a willingness to work in a collaborative team environment. Sound understanding of compliance and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
