About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team, covering the Manawatu, Taranaki, Wellington, Hawkes Bay, and surrounding regions. As a successful candidate, you will be based in Manawatu and will be responsible for driving growth within each area.
You will be the primary point of contact for customers in your territory, providing exceptional customer service and building strategic relationships with a wide range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers regularly on a call cycle to drive growth and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, adapting to their individual needs and requirements.
- Work autonomously as well as part of a team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a territory manager or in a similar sales role.
- A natural ability to build meaningful customer relationships and thrive in a sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A current New Zealand driver's licence.
