About the Role

Mott MacDonald NZ is a dynamic engineering, management, and development consultancy with high-profile clients across Aotearoa. As a Business Services Coordinator, you will support the Transport team by managing a range of tasks that require strong organisation skills.

This role reports to the Transport Market lead and offers the opportunity to demonstrate fresh ideas and support business operations across bids, proposals, marketing, and administration projects for the Transport team.

You will work closely with our Proposals Manager NZ and the wider administration team to deliver this range of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare on-brand PowerPoint presentations, client-tailored capability documents, and industry-leading marketing materials.
  • Implement best practice in developing end-to-end proposals using templates, tools, tone of voice, and brand guidelines.
  • EFFECTIVELY communicate and collaborate with key project experts to deliver timely and high-quality submissions.
  • Coordinate office and staff events and meetings.
  • Coordinate and implement marketing requirements for the sector and collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team.
  • Coordinate the timely preparation of industry award submissions, including updating the annual program register of award opportunities, and collecting and collating content from across the business.
  • Source content and craft messaging for internal team presentations, e-newsletters, and other market-specific internal communications.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Prior experience in supporting proposal development, bid coordination, creation of templates and graphics, and document formatting.
  • An eye for detail and engaging communication skills.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of programs and established record-keeping skills.
