About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our Auckland office in Epsom. As an Office Administrator, you will provide administrative support to senior management and coordinate office activities. You will also work closely with our finance team and provide high-quality general office administration support as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Support managers at all levels and adapt communication accordingly
  • Undertake duties requested by our finance manager and business leaders
  • Assist with accounts department tasks, including data entry and accounting admin tasks
  • Provide general office admin support, including facilities management and staff travel arrangements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally 3-5 years
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Business Applications: Word, Excel
  • An understanding of basic accounting principles (advantageous)
  • A willingness to take on ad-hoc projects and collaborate with colleagues at all levels
