About the Role
This role is ideal for a highly organised and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of various business processes, including finance, logistics, employee support, and IT coordination.
You will assist in cash flow management, bill payments, and financial reporting, while overseeing company vehicle allocation, maintenance schedules, and compliance with fleet policies. Additionally, you will manage employee onboarding, handle employee expense management, and support health and safety initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, operations, finance, or logistics, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with expense management or asset tracking systems. Mandarin language skills would be desirable.
