**About the Role**
The Programme and Administration Officer DRT will provide administrative and coordination support for key DRT work programmes, projects and day-to-day operations of the team. This is a busy role providing administrative and coordination support.
We are looking for someone who is reliable and organised with great communication skills, attention to detail, and who thrives in a collegial team environment. We are also looking for solid administration experience, including writing and data entry, plus analysis and problem solving skills.
This is a permanent part-time role (30 hours a week) based in Auckland. Please note some travel may be required for this position.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Significant experience working in a disability related organisation or position doing an administration and programme coordination role.
- Understanding of the disability community, rights and meeting people's access needs.
- Superior planning and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively across multiple projects and activities in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with a willingness to contribute to a constructive, positive team environment.
- A high level of integrity, discretion and resilience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Advanced MS Office Excel skills.
