Xero Partner Acceleration Specialist

We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Xero Partner Acceleration Specialist.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Partners to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement territory plans to increase revenue through Xero plan upgrades and connected payment services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support
  • Plan and execute client and Partner events to drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition
  • Manage relationships with existing accounting Partners and educate them on Xero's Partner program and resources
  • Combat churn and deletion risks through education and value proposition

Requirements:

  • Experience managing long-term client relationships and presenting to senior-level executives
  • Presentation and spreadsheet skills, including CRM database knowledge
  • Direct experience with accounting practices and their systems
  • Sales performance and results-driven attitude
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
