About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our guest services team and oversee front-office operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and excellent customer service skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office and guest services team
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
- Roster and schedule the guest services team to provide optimal coverage
- Handle complex guest queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Liaise with other departments to coordinate guest requirements
- Assist with reception duties as needed
- Provide on-the-job training and support to develop the guest services team
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and the guest experience
- Manage the seasonal workflows to maximise efficiencies with the wider resort team
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in using hotel management software (Seekom) and Google applications
- A passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask
