About the Job

The Training Advisor/Subject Matter Expert covers all training and process documentation requirements for the operational teams, including Sales Operations, Finance Operations, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Hardware Recovery.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering training content, maintaining process documentation, and providing support to the Team Leader Sales Support in day-to-day management of the team.

As a subject matter expert, you will have in-depth knowledge of each department to provide training, feedback, assistance, and support.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with internal departments, banking partners, and customers to develop training content and process documentation.

  • Collaboration Skills: Work closely with other teams to ensure process changes don't adversely affect downstream processes.
