About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Event Processing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and processing all corporate events that occur, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the development and maintenance of procedures for processing corporate events, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  2. Work closely with the Client Relationship and Support team to ensure effective communication with underlying clients.

  3. Manage internal stock and cash ledger control accounts and reconcile client holdings versus agent holdings.

  4. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in financial markets, ideally with experience in corporate actions. The successful candidate will possess:

  • A tertiary qualification.

  • A minimum of two years' experience in Operations.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

  • An attitude to execute, deliver, and succeed with a high attention to detail.

  • Proven communication skills.

  • The ability to solve Financial Market and IT System issues.

  • An enthusiastic and autonomous approach, while being a team player.
