About the Job:
At KiwiRail, we're seeking an experienced Asset Management Maturity & Improvement Manager to join our team. As a key player in our asset management function, you will be responsible for driving improvements across all business groups and ensuring our asset management systems, processes, and decision-making frameworks align with best practices.

Your primary objectives will include leading maturity assessments, improvement roadmaps, and benchmarking initiatives, as well as developing an enterprise-wide asset management competency framework. Additionally, you will drive asset performance benchmarking and best practice adoption, collaborate with key stakeholders, and champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Key Skills and Experience:
We're looking for a candidate with 10+ years' experience in asset management, transformation programs, or process improvement. A proven track record of stakeholder management and leadership experience is essential, along with strong knowledge of asset management methodologies, systems, and technologies. Experience in change management and capability development is also highly valued.
