Proposal Coordination and Administration Professional

This job description outlines the responsibilities and requirements for the Business Services Coordinator role at Mott MacDonald NZ.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of tasks that support the Transport team, including proposal development, bid coordination, and marketing requirements.
They will work closely with our Proposals Manager NZ and the wider administration team to deliver this range of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain proposals, bids, and tenders for the Transport team.
- Collaborate with project experts to deliver high-quality submissions.
- Coordinate office and staff events and meetings.
- Implement marketing requirements for the sector and collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team.
- Coordinate the timely preparation of industry award submissions.
- Source content and craft messaging for internal team presentations, e-newsletters, and other market-specific internal communications.
