The Professional Builder is committed to excellence and innovation, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. As a Senior Administrative Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting our CEO & GM and contributing to our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:
  • Support our CEO & GM: Provide exceptional administrative support, ensuring their time and energy are focused on key priorities.
  • Coordinate Meetings: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and book travel arrangements.
  • Communications Expertise: Handle internal and external communications, including email, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and distribute meeting notes, reports, and presentations.
  • Personal Support: Assist with personal errands, such as scheduling services and making purchases.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement changes.
  • Recruitment Support: Collaborate with the operations team to recruit top talent.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives.
  • Auckland-based, with flexibility to work in the CBD 2 days a week and 3 days flexi.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
