We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Christchurch Administration team at New Zealand Blood Service.

About the Role
  • As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our donors and staff.
  • You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record management.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Assist with preparing and sending correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven administration skills and experience working with multiple software packages, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
  • Flexible and willing to work a rotating roster of morning, afternoon, or evening shifts across our donor centres.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a passion for delivering excellent service.

Salary: Starting from $70,970 to $73,941 depending on skills and experience.
