Currently, we are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to support our projects across the country.

About the Role: Based in Christchurch or Hamilton, you will be an active member of project teams from conception to completion.

You will be required to:

  • Manage project documentation and general project communications
  • Assist with Health and Safety documentation and training courses for the project team
  • Coordinate meetings and take minutes
  • Drive all tasks involved in project setup
  • Assist in coordination and submission of consents and RFI's
  • Drive closeout of projects, including coordination and submission of CCC with relevant council authority

About You:

You will be a dedicated, detail-oriented self-starter adding value and striving for excellence.

Required attributes:

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proven administration skills
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • A conscientious, inquisitive, and 'can do' attitude
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and/or Procore
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
