We're looking for someone who can ensure the smooth running of our office, handling administrative duties and overseeing day-to-day operations.
As an Office Administrator, you'll be responsible for:
- General administration, including emails, filing, and data entry
- Managing office supplies and liaising with vendors
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Ensuring the office environment is well-maintained and presentable
- Supporting HR and finance with documentation and records
- Liaising with clients to provide support and ensure excellent customer service
- Assisting staff members with their administrative needs
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A proactive and problem-solving approach
