About the Role

The Chief Operations Manager will play a critical role in the efficient running of the business, leading diverse operations teams, risk management, and developing capability at multi-site facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing contracts, project work, and service delivery
  • Revenue, pricing, cost control, budgeting, and recognising business development opportunities

About You

This is a contemporary leadership role that requires sound commercial acuity, expertise in contract management and local council liaison, and a forward-thinking, strategic approach.

A successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship management skills, as well as the ability to engage talents in managing efficient operations, problem-solving, developing people, and driving performance.
