**About Us**
Scouts Aotearoa is a national scouting association and registered charity supporting over 11,000 young people in New Zealand each year, aged 5 to 26, from diverse backgrounds.

**Your Role**
As the Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering and strengthening volunteer relationships, ensuring all volunteer engagements result in meaningful and rewarding experiences for our volunteers.
You will work closely with our national team to develop and implement strategies that enhance communication and provide support to our volunteers.
**Key Responsibilities**
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading initiatives to foster and strengthen volunteer relationships
- Providing support through regular communication and site visits
- Developing and guiding our zone leaders in decision-making
- Promoting available resources and managing any public or member complaints
**What We Offer**
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Auckland, offering a company car and carpark, along with flexible hybrid working arrangements.
